Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because our jewelry pieces are meticulously handcrafted and custom-made upon request, our return and cancellation policies differ from those of mass-produced items. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Items (Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal)

All our jewelry pieces are made-to-order, custom-made, or personalized according to your specific choices (such as sizing, materials, engravings, or unique specifications).

In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Consequently, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun or after the item has been shipped, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once production has started, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your jewelry piece arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@virginiaevangelista.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • High-quality photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging

If the defect or damage is verified, we will arrange for a repair, a replacement, or a refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Sizing and Fits

Since each piece is custom-made to the size you select, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered. We highly recommend checking our Size Guide or visiting a local jeweler to find your exact size before ordering. If you need a resizing service after delivery, please contact us to discuss options and potential fees.
