All orders will be shipped via Poste Italiane or Fedex followed by a tracking number you will receive in your mail. A delivery fee is applied on all orders, calculated at the end of the checkout depending on the destination. 
VIRGINIA EVANGELISTA is not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged packages. 

EU VAT & OSS Regulations

In accordance with EU regulations regarding cross-border e-commerce sales, this store complies with the EU OSS (One-Stop Shop) scheme.

Once an online store exceeds the legal sales threshold within the European Union, it is required by law to apply the specific VAT (Value Added Tax) rate of the destination country. For this reason, the final price at checkout will automatically adjust to include the local tax rate corresponding to your shipping address.

These taxes are calculated automatically by the system in compliance with European law and are collected directly on behalf of the respective tax authorities.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges incurred for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are entirely beyond our control.
