Shipping

All orders will be shipped via Poste Italiane or Fedex followed by a tracking number you will receive in your mail. A delivery fee is applied on all orders, calculated at the end of the checkout depending on the destination. 
VIRGINIA EVANGELISTA is not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged packages. 

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges incurred for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are entirely beyond our control. 

Return and Refund

We do not accept returns or exchanges since everything is handmade to order, on preferred size and material.
